IT Manager

The Role

We're looking for an IT Manager to oversee and continuously improve the technology infrastructure that keeps our teams connected, secure, and productive. You'll manage everything from onboarding workflows and endpoint management to network operations and office connectivity ensuring that every system and device performs reliably and meets the company's security and compliance standards.

This is a hands-on, full-stack IT role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, thrives in a fast-moving technical environment, and takes pride in building systems that "just work."

What You'll Do

• Lead IT operations across user onboarding, access provisioning, and system administration.
• Deploy and manage company laptops and endpoints through a modern MDM platform, ensuring compliance with security and configuration policies.
• Administer corporate VPN and network access systems, maintaining reliability, performance, and appropriate access controls.
• Oversee network infrastructure (wired and wireless), ensuring continuous, secure connectivity throughout the office.
• Maintain physical IT systems such as printers, access control, and security cameras to support smooth daily operations.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues in networking, device configuration, or user access.
• Manage IT assets and inventory, keeping accurate records of hardware, licenses, and configuration details.
• Provide responsive technical support for account, device, and network issues, serving as the first escalation point for the team.
• Document key IT processes and maintain internal runbooks to ensure operational consistency and transparency.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, network management, or systems operations.
• Proficiency managing enterprise networking environments (wired and wireless) and related infrastructure.
• Experience with modern MDM platforms (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or similar) for device provisioning and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac, Windows, and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, including account provisioning, role-based access, and directory integrations.
• Experience administering enterprise collaboration and development tools (e.g., project tracking, documentation, or code management platforms).

Bonus Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with VPN administration or zero-trust networking systems.
• Background managing physical security and access control systems (e.g., IP cameras, door access, or building automation).
• Understanding of core networking concepts such as VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and firewall configuration.
• Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams in small-to-medium office environments.
• Ability to document and maintain IT processes, guides, and operational standards.

$90,000 - $130,000 a year

In addition to the provided base salary range, this role also offers premium comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, and Stock Options.
