Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 +Bonus Location: Greenwich, CT (On Site) Responsibilities:

• Execute transactions in cross industries such as Business Services and Industrials
• Focus on M&A Advisory part of the Transactions
• Prepare Financial Models and Business Valuations
• Work hand in hand with MDs to execute transactions
• Manage junior resources, lead small team of Analysts and Associates
• Assist in pitch materials and market research
• Assist in Business Development activities to originate deals
• Primarily focus on Transaction execution Requirements:
• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Boutique Investment Banking background is a major plus
• Minimum 7 years of overall M&A and or Investment Banking experience
• Being able to independently run a M&A process is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and history of success of executing deals in the middle markets Smith Arnold Partners
