We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the scientific industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our company's global tax operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of international tax laws, and a passion for the scientific industry. The individual will be responsible for managing our global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with international tax laws, and working closely with senior management to optimize our global tax position. Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, with a focus on tax planning and compliance.
MUST have experience with Forms 1118, 8991 and 8992 as well as GILTI, FDII and foreign tax credits
Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP.
Proven experience in managing tax audits and inquiries.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the scientific industry is a plus.
