Position/Title : International Program Manager
Department : Destination Branding and Strategy
Reports to : SVP of Destination Branding and Strategy
Status : Full-time; Exempt
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the SVP of Destination Branding and Strategy, the International Program Manager is responsible for managing the sales and supportive operations for international group and leisure travel. This position includes managing sales accounts, fostering active relationships with tourism stakeholders, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working with the Destination Branding & Strategy team to establish marketing and public relations strategies aimed at achieving the organizational goals of Meet Minneapolis.
Additionally, the International Program Manager is responsible for managing the 12 Minneapolis Sister City relationships.
This position collaborates frequently with other partners including region, state and multi-state destination marketing organizations.
