Job Description

The Keller Group is hiring an International Accounting Manager for our growing client based in the Scottsdale, AZ. The Accounting Manager plays a critical leadership role in managing the accounting operations for various divisions and overseeing audits of consolidated entities which includes internal and external reporting, technical accounting matters, and maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple international entities.
  • Manage and coordinate annual external audits, serving as the main point of contact with auditors.
  • Maintain supporting documentation and working papers for financial reporting.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Develop, document, and enforce internal controls to protect company assets.
  • Provide accounting guidance to Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Evaluate new accounting standards and implement related policies and procedures.
  • Support senior finance and accounting leadership with strategic projects and financial decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.
  • Experience with Big 4 public accounting firms and/or the real estate industry is preferred.
  • CPA certification or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
  • Must have technical accounting and consolidations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
