The Health Insurance Sales Agent position requires that you sell Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplements over the phone. This position will require excellent customer service experience building rapport with customers, articulating the advantages of our products over competitors, and maintaining the upmost ethical standards that serve the customer and company's best interests.
***This position is NOT remote and will be here in our call center located in Largo, FL.***

What you will be doing:
-Answer inbound/outbound calls from individuals who are interested in learning more about Medicare programs
-Actively listen to their needs and develop the best solution to fit their physical, financial, and emotional needs
-Educate our members on their options and how these changes can improve their lives and their health
-Communicate the advantages of our company over the competition
-Build rapport, trust, and credibility to ensure customer accurately understands products and services
-Agent must comply with State and CMS guidelines
-Agent must meet sales/production standards, follow company policies, and operate in a professional manner
-Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards on every call.
What you need:
-Agent should have experience in contact center environments or phone experience/training
-Agent should possess skills to study, understand, and communicate product knowledge to customer
-Ability to overcome objections
-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
-Passion and enthusiasm for sales
-High integrity and ethical behavior
