What you will be doing

  • Empowering and developing a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with unparalleled excellence
  • Designing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, devising enriching learning activities, and overcoming challenges
  • Offering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student involvement and success
  • Mentoring a small group of students directly, showcasing expert coaching and motivational strategies

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting lesson plans – your Guides facilitate students' learning through adaptive apps; your role is to train them to be outstanding facilitators
  • Compromising on standards – if our passing grade is 100%, it's your responsibility to uphold that benchmark
  • Conducting monotonous training – you'll guide Guides through dynamic, high-energy, hands-on development

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with the capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental context.
  • Proficient in data analysis and utilizing metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed locations.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
