JQ Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal and other surfaces using various painting techniques in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers
• Operate spray guns, rollers, and brushes to apply paint or coatings
• Mix and match paint to required specifications
• Ensure even coating and a high-quality finish
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Inspect and maintain painting equipment
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
• Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
