Job Overview: As a Part-Time Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to conduct customer service surveys. Your goal will be to gather valuable feedback, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to our mission of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback through structured surveys.
• Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Accurately record responses and input data into our customer management system.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that arise during calls.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve survey processes.
• Meet and strive to exceed performance targets and goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
