*The Role*

Were hiring exceptional Lawyers who are driven to execute. Youll handle high-quality, meaningful cases with the autonomy of independent practicewithout the risk or grind of going solo.

If you thrive on strategy, writing, filing, and delivering successful outcomes to clients, this role is for you. Youll lead case preparation, manage client communications, and drive results across a high volume of U.S. immigration cases (e.g. EB-1A, O-1, E-2).

Lawyers working full-time with us are earning *over $300K/year*without chasing clients or sacrificing their values. Youll be paid per case, with clear, transparent compensation and a full support team behind you.

*What Youll Do*
* Own and lead cases from strategy to resolution
* Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications
* Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other USCIS correspondence
* Serve as the point of contact for clients during active casework
* Work with with intake and support teams to ensure timely filings
* Collaborate with top-tier lawyers across the Manifest network

*What Were Looking For*
* 5+ years of experience preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (i.e. EB-1A, O-1, E-2, H-1B)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes
* Demonstrated excellence and client advocacy
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to impact
* Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
