Are you ready to take your HVAC career to new heights? Look no further than Master Services Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Drain Cleaning! Based in the picturesque Lake Geneva, WI, we're seeking a passionate individual to join our heating and cooling team as a full-time HVAC Service Technician .

As a full-time HVAC Service Technician, you'll typically work a 45 - 50 hour week with shifts ranging from 7 AM to 5 PM . Additional hours may be required during on-call rotations or to finish ongoing work. Flexibility and availability for on-call rotation are a must for this position.

PAY & BENEFITS

An experienced HVAC Technician will earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000+ annually , plus bonuses based on performance metrics. We are providing a $1,000 hiring bonus for experienced HVAC technicians with EPA certification, payable within the first 90 days! Additionally, we're offering paid apprenticeship training for new HVAC installers and service technicians. Enjoy comprehensive benefits too ! This includes:

THE TYPE OF HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and working in various weather conditions
• Residency within 40 minutes of Master Services
• Strong customer service skills and a self-starter mentality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

An associate degree is preferred. No experience is needed - we will train the right person through a paid apprenticeship program!

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll respond to service calls promptly, providing top-notch service to our residential clients. From diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems to conducting planned maintenance and installations, your skills will be utilized every day.
