Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Currently seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager to oversee project turnover, coordination, scheduling, and site-based progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project management within commercial and industrial settings.

Responsibilities of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:

• Manage project turnover from development to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Track on-site progress, proactively addressing delays or challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain efficiency.

Requirements of the Commercial/Industrial HVAC Project Manager:

• Proven experience in HVAC project management within commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
