We are actively seeking HVAC Helpers in the Canton, GA area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30. MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Target Wages: $16 - $18 based on previous experience

Position Responsibilities of the HVAC Helper

• Assist a skilled HVAC Techs by supplying materials, equipment, and tools at the scene of jobs
• Participate as a trainee in the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
• Willingness to learn and support the organization’s goals and values

Experience and Qualification Requirements of the HVAC Helper

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and comprehend written (English) material
• No previous experience needed

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit, stand, walk, feel, hear, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to utilize close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and adjust and focus
