Vaco has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in the Great Boston area and they are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to their team.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with regional leaders and practice managers to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support across a multi-site organization.
· Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
· Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
· Lead investigations and provide recommendations on complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
· Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as turnover, engagement, and workforce planning.
· Support organizational change initiatives and ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies and practices.
· Champion company culture and employee engagement across both clinical and corporate environments.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist capacity.
· Experience supporting multi-location or healthcare environments strongly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
