Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned clients, providing expert guidance on employment practices, compliance, and workforce management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct workplace assessments, audits, and training sessions.
  • Advise on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with clients to resolve workplace issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience; PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High degree of professionalism and a client-focused mindset.
