Apply now and be part of an unparalleled legacy in hospitality.*# **Job Summary**The Hotel Concierge is in charge of executing the day-by-day processes and activities related to sourcing, pricing, and front-end activities related to Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection Shoreside Programs (i.e. Pre and Post Hotels & Transfers).# **Essential Functions*** Accurately set up, monitor, and maintain inventory of assigned Hotel and Transfer components in reservations systems.* Develop an expert familiarity with all details of hotel and transfer programs to thoroughly address and solve requests related to Hotel / Land / Transfers programs coming from internal/external customers.* Proactively address all operational issues for Hotel, Land, and Transfer programs, from content to writing program descriptions and final documentation.* Prepare guest documents with particular attention paid to accurate contact information for hotels & ground operators, as well as embarkation /disembarkation timings and procedures.* Accurately communicate guest details and pertinent travel information to ground operators/hotels as required.* Actively participate in the training of reservations & sales staff.* Properly document problems experienced by guests during Hotel & Land Programs to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer service issues* Maintain files in a standardized fashion to ensure efficient access by all members of the department.* Other duties as instructed by Management.* Willingness to work weekends and/or early a.m. shifts as needed.# **Skills & Experience*** 2+ years of Travel and/or Cruise industry experience* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills* Superior organizational skills and accuracy when working with details under time pressure* Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, including Excel* Positive team-player attitude* A college degree is a plusThe Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is an Equal opportunity, inclusive employer and will consider all applicants for employment with the Company on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
