Lakeview Village Home Health is searching for caring, dedicated, and trustworthy full-time Licensed Nurses to join our team!
Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers home health, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care, celebrating its 60th anniversary and 5th straight year as the U.S News & World Report Best Short Stay Rehab.
The Home Health LPN at Lakeview Village will provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting, with an emphasis on the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures. While this care is provided under the leadership of a RN case manager or the Director of Nursing, staff nurses are some of the residents closest advocates.

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Must possess a current, unrestricted RN Nursing license in the State of Kansas.
Must have current CPR certification.
Prior Home Health experience is preferred.
Must have a reliable method of transportation and a valid State drivers license.
