The Regional Administrator is responsible for directing the activities in the local office as related to CHHA and for ensuring that such services are in accord with Agency policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, directing, supervising, evaluating and implementing measures to assure that services are provided at quality levels consistent with professional standards and Agency goals.

  • Assists the Director Quality and Compliance in the maintenance of Agency certification, licensure and accreditation.
  • \n
  • Provides employee orientation, supervision, development and evaluation.
  • \n
  • Is a Member of the Senior Management Team; attends regularly scheduled meetings and provides local office reports, including but not limited to human resources, clinical operations, budget, visit utilization, and environment matters.
  • \n
  • Monitors compliance with local office budget relative to budgeted positions, productivity, and supply and equipment purchases.
  • \n
  • Assures the implementation of and participates in the total Agency’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
  • \n

Qualifications:

    \n
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse License 
  • \n
  • 3 years of RN Clinical experience. 
  • \n
  • Three years of supervisory/administrative experience in a community health agency.
  • \n
  • Five years of supervisory/administrative experience in a community health agency or related experience.
  • \n
  • Two years as a CHHA Director of Patient Services and/or Administrator.
  • \n
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Master’s Degree in Public Health with a nursing major or a Master’ Degree in nursing with specialization in community health nursing preferred.
