Job Title: Direct Support Professional (Part-Time/Per Diem)
Location: Oahu, HI
Pay Rate: $15.00 $17.00 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Oahu team on a Part-Time or Per Diem basis. As a DSP, you will provide essential care and support services to individuals with disabilities or special needs in home and community settings. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility support.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication reminders.

• Support clients in community integration, recreational activities, and social engagement.

• Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

• Document care provided and report changes in client needs or conditions.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

• Current CPR, BLS, and First Aid certification required.

• Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations across Oahu.
