Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading, established home health care agency. We currently have an opportunity for a healthcare recruiter for our Westchester office. That will handle all recruitment in Westchester and will also be required on occasion to travel to our home office at 1430 Broadway, NYC. The role of the healthcare recruiter is to source and attract candidates to deliver personal care and home health aide services to our clients. The home care recruiter is responsible for screening caregivers who align with Premier's mission and values, ensuring exceptional care for our clients. This role is field-based, requiring a valid driver's license and a car. Active engagement with potential candidates in the office at varying external locations, including healthcare facilities and recruitment events. Key Functions : Conduct research and proactively source candidates through various recruiting outlets such as HubSpot, social media, and indeed for job placement. Participate in regular field recruiting / hiring events, job fairs, and street fairs to attract HHAs to the company; ensuring we are competitive in the industry to attract applicants. Review, analyze, and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs for our recruiting teams. Make connections with Home Health Aide Schools and develop presentations to the staff as well as the students of HHA schools, programs, and caregiver application programs. Undertake recruiting project tasks as required. Consistently meet monthly KPIs. Qualifications : College degree preferred or equivalent two year's work experience preferably in home care. Specific understanding of geographical / cultural requirements of the branch office. Focus on time management and organizational skills. Ability to use computerized systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Travel is required, as is a valid unencumbered driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Bilingual : Spanish / English (speak, read, and write) is required. Premier Home Health Care Services offers a competitive salary.
