About the Role:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing licensed healthcare professionals in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and other care environments. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-energy team where performance is recognized and rewarded.
What You'll Do:
Source and screen qualified candidates (RN, LPN, CNA, therapists, etc.) for permanent and contract roles
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Build relationships with hiring managers and understand each facility’s staffing needs
Manage job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling
Guide candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and urgency
Track recruiting metrics and meet aggressive hiring goals
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
Experience using ATS platforms and job boards (Indeed, Apploi, Symplr, etc.)
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Ability to build trust with both candidates and clients
