We're looking for a Graphic Illustrator to join our in-house creative team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to draw, sketch, and create both by hand and digitally. As a Graphic Illustrator, you'll bring our ideas to life through custom visuals that support our brand stories, campaigns, packaging, and partnerships. This Graphic Illustrator role is a key creative position that helps shape how the world sees LaCroix and our family of brands. Your work will be part of everything from packaging to trade shows, from social posts to sports partnerships. This is a full-time, in-house position based in our office - remote work is not available. What You'll Do: Illustrate original artwork to support brand storytelling across packaging, social media, merchandise, events, in-store displays, and presentations. Work closely with the creative team to develop sketches, concepts, and final illustrations based on briefs and direction. Use both traditional techniques (sketching, painting, inking) and digital tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to create assets. Support and adapt illustrations for various uses - from quick social media drawings to large-scale murals and event graphics. Maintain brand consistency while bringing a fresh and creative edge to every project. Collaborate across departments including social, digital, packaging, and trade to make sure illustrations align with campaign needs. Translate existing 2D designs into illustration formats that add dimension, character, and impact. Stay current with design and illustration trends - especially those in pop culture, packaging, and food & beverage. What You Bring: 5+ years of illustration and graphic design experience (in-house or agency, consumer brand preferred). A strong portfolio of illustration work showing range, personality, and versatility. Excellent drawing, sketching, and visual storytelling skills - by hand and on screen. High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop. (PC or MAC) A strong eye for color, shape, composition, and detail. Able to take feedback, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting, collaborating with multiple departments. Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and desire to make beautiful, memorable work.
