We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented  Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in a fast-paced environment. 

• Apply expertise in branding, design, typography, photography, color, and layout.
• Create original designs from scratch and work within established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and project management teams to develop designs that align with clients' brand identities and goals.
• Manage individual projects from concept to completion as needed.
• Work with the creative team and/or Art Director on collaborative projects.
• Adapt and switch seamlessly between projects as priorities shift.
• Use style guides, templates, and branding guidelines to create and revise design files.
• Conceptualize new projects and establish the look and feel for new brands.
• Design for both traditional and digital mediums, including print and digital assets.
• Implement revisions based on client and team feedback.
• Proficiently use Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate effectively, stay organized, and follow established processes.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all work.
• Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Exhibit soft skills like reading the room, humility, and adaptability.

Bonus Skills (Not required but valued):

• Experience with web design and prototyping, particularly in Squarespace or WordPress.
• Motion graphics and video editing skills, especially in AfterEffects.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp.
• Familiarity with online design tools like Creatopy or Canva.
  
   

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or other relevant tools. Experience in video editing and animations is not required, but a plus. Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects that demonstrate design skills and versatility.
• Creativity : Exceptional creative and innovative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to design challenges.
