We are looking for a Game Developer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. Note: This is a contract position. Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in at least one programming language used to solve coding problems (Python, JavaScript, or others such as C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift). You should be able to explain how your solution solves each problem. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level). Detail-oriented with experience in algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows. A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs. Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance. Benefits Remote position (full-time or part-time). Choose which projects you want to work on and set your own schedule.
