DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory is seeking a Full Time Funeral Service Director for our Maitland Location.

We are currently seeking a Florida Licensed Funeral Director. Competitive Base Pay plus commissions, paid time off, health insurance, 401(k)

3-5 Years Experience Preferred but not required.

Job Description and Duties

• Must be a Licensed Funeral Director in the State of Florida
• Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates compassion, respect and attention to detail to the families we serve.
• Demonstrates leadership- providing excellent communication skills with the Care Center team and funeral home entire staff as well as upper management. Ability to work in an effective manner to your team ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Understanding of the services and products available.
• Follows all company processes and procedures as required on all levels, federal, state and company.
• Ensures all data is updated in our proprietary software.
• Highly organized individual who takes the initiative to discuss assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines with your team. Flexibility and openness to new ideas and/or processes.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required to operate company owned vehicles.
