About the Role:
The Fundraising & Development Coordinator will be central to expanding our movement’s resources and reach. This role focuses on building relationships with donors, planning fundraising events, and crafting creative campaigns that align with MME’s mission to secure equal rights for all Michiganders.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute grassroots and online fundraising efforts.
Coordinate outreach to donors, sponsors, and aligned organizations or local businesses.
Collaborate with the Media & Communications team to promote fundraising and campaigns events.
Help maintain donor records and track fundraising goals.
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience or strong interest in fundraising, communications, or nonprofit development
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
