Job Description

About the Family:  

Loving family seeking a professional, well-mannered, and proactive nanny for their 8-year-old twin boys in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal nanny will be nurturing, trustworthy, and highly educated, with excellent communication skills. The family values structure and safety and is looking for someone who is willing to work closely with their other nannies and assist with various tasks. Seeking someone who can follow instructions well, take initiative, and engage with the children in a fun and caring way. 

Responsibilities:  

• Provide after-school care (homework assistance, meal prep, lunchbox management) 
• Organize and tidy kids' bedrooms and playrooms 
• Supervise and engage in activities with the children, both indoors and outdoors 
• Clean the kitchen after meals 
• Help coordinate weekend activities and support the children’s needs 
• Travel with the family both domestically and internationally 
• Collaborate with the team of other nannies 
• Some flexibility in hours, with option for additional work as needed 

Qualifications:  

• Must be Spanish-speaking 
• 3+ years of experience in childcare, ideally with school-age children 
• Must be proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative 
• Ability to engage with children in an active and caring manner 
• Must be willing to travel (both domestic and international) 
• Must be comfortable working in a structured environment and taking direction 
• Prior experience with twin boys or similar age group preferred 
• Must be able to swim and safely monitor kids in the pool 

Additional Information:  

• Family has a pool, so safety awareness is essential 
• There is a housekeeper who handles laundry, but the nanny will assist with organizing the kids’ clothes 
• Full-time position with a structured schedule and occasional flexibility 
• Weekly pay (every Monday) with potential for raises over time

Schedule Notes:  

• Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM 
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 
• Flexibility for additional hours a plus 
• Must be open to travel
