Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious Full Stack Social Media Marketer to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is passionate about social media, understands Gen Z trends, and is eager to bring their energy and ideas to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, trend-setting content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Filming & Acting: Act in skits, participate in content creation, and collaborate on video shoots to enhance our brand personality.
• Social Media Management: Plan, post, and monitor content across all social media channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our product, design, and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with broader business goals.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of Gen Z trends, pop culture, and viral content opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field - OR - simply a creative, marketing-minded individual.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfortable on camera and eager to participate in creative skits and videos.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ideally, female candidates comfortable acting in content skits to help represent our brand authentically.
