You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, assist print shop with addressing envelopes, and assist us with other operations as needed. $14 - $15 hourly

• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
• Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
