Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience.
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Collect and confirm pet and owner information.
Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
Manage reservations and handle inquiries regarding schedule availability.
Be knowledgeable about retain products and promote sales.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Maintain inventory and prepare restocking orders.
Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Process payments.
Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous retail front desk experience in a service and retail organization.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and phone systems.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide courteous and professional responses.
Ability to work collaboratively within a retail environment, while maintaining individual responsibilities.
