Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Logistics Account Executive with a proven record of success and a passion for growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and has experience managing accounts generating $10,000$30,000+ in monthly freight.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates and coordinate full-truckload freight across the U.S.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Ensure loads move on time and within agreed terms
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations to improve efficiency and consistency
Requirements
- 24 years of experience as a freight broker or logistics account executive
- Documented success managing $10,000$30,000+ in monthly freight volume
- Proven ability to source freight and negotiate competitive rates
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Located in or near Nashville, TN, or willing to relocate
