Financial Analyst I

Financial Analyst I will provide the Pacific Fleet with financial and account support. The position will require leadership to ensure that financial analysis and other management functions are completed to support fleet financial operations.

Role and responsibilities include:

• Plan, direct, coordinate and analyze accounting and other financial activities.
• Recommend alternative methods of funding to meet financial program objectives.
• Conduct data collection, research, analysis.
• Maintain financial reports.
• Develop budgets, conducting validation and reconciliation of budget in execution.
• Recent experience in the use of various supply and financial systems such as N-ERP, SABRS, STARS-FL, Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP), Relational Supply (R Supply), and Command Financial Management System (CFMS).
• Recent experience with the various websites and tools such as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Federal Logistics (FEDLOG) Library, One Touch System (OTS), Web Visual Logistics Information Processing System (WebVLIPS) and Electronic Document Access (EDA) in order to accomplish the research and validation of obligations and disbursements.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's Degree desired but not required.
• 0-1+ Years of Standard Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS) experience.
• Experience maintaining financial reports.
• Experience developing budgets, conducting validation and reconciliation of budget in execution.
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
• Clearance: Interim or active Secret clearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective team player and analytical skills.

Security Clearance: Interim or active Secret clearance

Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday

Compensation and Benefits: The projected compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
