Job Description

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning and control. This role will involve analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenditure, and capital investments. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for developing and monitoring financial management strategies aligned with the organizations mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenditure and capital investments.
  • Develop and monitor financial management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare financial statement and financial reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Assess financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and manage long-term financial plans.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Conduct audits and cost optimization analyses.
  • Ensure operational excellence and performance excellence.
  • Lead benchmarking and process improvements.
  • Manage data decoding projects.
  • Mentor and lead finance team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in financial management.
  • CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial models and strategic financial analysis.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
