We are seeking a Few People For Turn Cleaning to join our team! You will perform a variety of cleaning duties in order to turn a student housing facility for WCU students. There are only about 30 Days to turn the property. Starts July 20th - August 20th 2025. All the work you can take on in a day! This is a contract job every two weeks pay is possible or lump sum near end of job.

• Cleaning of bed and baths along with common areas
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment stairs are involved.
• Cleaning of furnished furniture/ desk couch chairs dresser
• cleaning of entire bedroom in each unit including ceiling fans blinds
• each bathroom and cabinet's
• kitchen/ common in and behind stoves fridges, cabinets, microwave
• windows and floors.
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment and wash rags in a unit for continued work, less stair treading!

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• good with direction.
