Fence Installer Opportunity at Revolution Fence Company in Fort Myers, FL

We are seeking a skilled and Motivated Fence Foreman/Lead-man to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a vast level of experience in the fence and construction industry, a strong work ethic and commitment to quality work. This position involves working outdoors, so a willingness to work in various weather conditions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fence installation in accordance with company standards and customer specifications
• Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
• Install gates, hardware, and other accessories as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fence installation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
