About Us:
Croissant Farms Inc. operates 300 acres of corn and alfalfa hay, along with a cattle feedlot. We pride ourselves on efficient, hands-on farming practices using modern equipment, including John Deere tractors and loaders.

Position: Farm Hand

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cattle in a feedlot environment, including vaccinations and other routine care.
• Perform general farm tasks such as operating tractors and loaders.
• Assist with corn and alfalfa hay farming activities.
• Drive farm trucks (no CDL required but truck-driving experience preferred).
• Maintain and repair farm equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete a pre-employment test.

Requirements:

• English-speaking proficiency.
• Previous farm experience.
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $750 gross weekly (negotiable based on experience).
• Housing: Provided 3-bedroom house with utilities included.
• Farm Vehicle: Pickup provided for on-farm use.
• Additional Perks:
  • 1/2 processed beef in the freezer annually.
  • $1,000 bonus after one year; $2,000 bonus after two years.
• Schedule: Weekly pay.
• Note: No health insurance provided.
