Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, domestic violence, and property division.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development.
5. Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring that they are fully informed of their rights and options.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, with a strong emphasis on trial work.
4. Must have trial experience and able to handle a divorce trial
5. In-depth knowledge of family law and court procedures.
6. Must be able to handle case load of approximately 30-40 cases
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
