*What You’ll Do*

*Family Law*

* Represent clients in divorce, custody, modifications, and related matters
* Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
* Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery
* Manage negotiations and coordinate with opposing counsel

*Immigration Law *

· Prepare family-based petitions, naturalization cases, and humanitarian filings for submission to USCIS

* Draft legal arguments and responses to Requests for Evidence
* Attend USCIS interviews and naturalization exams with clients both in-person and telephonically
* Stay up to date on policy changes, trends, and best practices

*General Attorney Responsibilities*

* Attend new-client onboarding meetings
* Manage your caseload and deadlines with confidence and independence
* Oversee and collaborate with your assigned legal assistant
* Track your time daily and stay aligned with performance expectations
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that help improve workflows
* Maintain at least 2 in-office days per week and a consistent weekly schedule

*Schedule & Environment*

* Full-time (30–40 hours weekly)
* Flexible within *M–F, 7:00 am–7:00 pm*

* Minimum *two in-office days per week *after successful in-person probationary period

*Compensation*

* Competitive salary depending on experience and Spanish-language fluency starting between: $70,000-$110,000
* Annual performance bonus tied to collected revenue above a threshold
