We are seeking an Experienced High-Rise Service Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines and drainage systems.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Service Plumber with a strong background in high-rise condominium plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on service experience in high-rise environments and be confident in handling riser shutdowns, drainage system repairs, and mechanical piping work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-rise plumbing service and repairs, including emergency response
• Safely shut down risers and building water systems for repairs or maintenance
• Replace sections of piping on building mains (copper, cast iron, XFR)
• Solder copper piping and operate ProPress systems
• Perform drain cleaning, power flushing, and kitchen stack cleaning
• Diagnose and repair common service plumbing issues
• Accurately complete written reports and document all work performed
• Fill out work orders clearly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors, and clients
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation as required

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-rise service plumbing (required)
• Skilled in soldering, ProPress, cast iron and XFR piping
• Proficient in drainage work and power flushing techniques
• Strong understanding of high-rise building plumbing systems and shutdown protocols
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Must have proper written communication skills for reporting and documentation
• Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied units
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
