Job Description: As a Receptionist at Toyota of Olympia, you will be the face of our dealership, ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and providing a seamless experience for our visitors. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, and support various departments with clerical duties. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about dealership services.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, and compliant
• Support the sales and service teams with clerical tasks as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
