Climate Control Services, a family-owned company established in 1976, is seeking a seasoned Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. We specialize in air conditioning and heating services, serving over 30,000 customers in Palm Beach County. This role focuses on providing top-tier air duct cleaning services and effectively upselling indoor air quality (IAQ) products such as UV lights, duct encapsulation, duct sanitization, and system tune-ups. We offer competitive commissions and the opportunity to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of air duct systems in residential properties.
• Assess and recommend IAQ products, including UV lights, duct encapsulation, duct sanitization, and system tune-ups, to enhance indoor air quality.
• Provide transparent estimates for services and products, clearly explaining options to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to manufacturer guidelines for installations and services.
• Maintain detailed service records, documenting completed work and recommendations for future maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air duct cleaning with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success in upselling IAQ products and services.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
