Job Title: Executive Director, Finance
Contract - Likely to extend - Onsite - Fountain Valley, CA
PR: $80-$85
Must Haves:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership in healthcare
• Strong understanding of California healthcare regulations
• Proven ability to lead complex financial operations and present to executives
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration

Preferred:

• Experience within a hospital system
• MBA, MHA, or CPA

Job Description:
The Executive Director of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations across the company. Reporting to the CFO, this position drives strategic planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers high-level financial reporting. The role is onsite in Fountain Valley, CA and requires deep expertise in healthcare finance, particularly within California.
