Our client is a 20 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
In California, the operations serves the food industry with paper and plastic packaging. This is a 24/7 facility with 450 employees. This Safety and Environmental Leader will spearhead California OSHA, handle workers comp, handle investigations and most importantly drive improvements across the facility.
The operation has a robust safety program in place, the correct leader will enjoy stepping into a well run machine with emphasis in their area of expertise.
