Primary Responsibilities : Serve and develop relationships with our current client base Attract and integrate new clients into our portfolio Supervise and assess team activities and productivity Provide training and support for new team members Log daily activities and outcomes through our Salesforce CRM Maintain a daily focus on growth in client management and leadership potential development Skills and Qualifications Desired : Outstanding organizational skills paired with attention to detail Proficient in time management with a record of fulfilling deadlines Strong leadership qualities and supervision experience Excellent communication abilities Strong prioritization skills with a penchant for delegation Comfortable operating within a lively, fast-paced environment A genuine interest in helping others and building relationships Prior experience in sales or customer service A self-driven and goal-focused attitude A desire to be actively involved in the community Understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce Globe Life Liberty National Divison - The Southard Agencies
