Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of home improvement products such as gutters, windows, roofing, siding/trim, and doors. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized solutions.
Duties:
Sales & Client Engagement: Present our product range to clients via in-person consultations (no cold calling).
Needs Assessment & Solutions: Assess customer needs and offer tailored home improvement solutions.
Education & Consultation: Inform clients about product benefits, ensuring confident purchase decisions.
Customer Experience: Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide weekly updates to management.
Post-Sale Support: Serve as the point of contact for post-sale inquiries and updates.
Product Knowledge: Visit job sites to stay informed on installation processes.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, including close ratios and NSLI.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales or business development.
- Strong sales performance record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma (College degree preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-Based Pay: $90,000 - $200,000 per year, uncapped.
