Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Start Your Career With Support and Direction

We’re looking for new or soon-to-be licensed agents who want a strong start in real estate. If you’re motivated to learn the business and want a team that helps you grow, this role offers the training, structure, and lead flow needed to get moving quickly.

As an entry-level agent on our team, you’ll learn how to work with buyers and sellers, communicate effectively with clients, and navigate every step of a real estate transaction. Compensation:

$125,500 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Leverage provided leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
  • Participate in team training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Utilize company systems and tools to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently.
  • Stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information and advice.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate license or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring all parties are informed and confident throughout the transaction process.
  • Proven track record of being a proactive learner, eager to participate in training sessions and apply new skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and company tools to manage client interactions and track progress efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a robust client pipeline and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to stay informed about local market trends to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate successful real estate transactions.
