• Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and information.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies that enhance client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present offers and counteroffers, ensuring clients understand their options and implications clearly and accurately.

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, fostering trust and open communication with clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, enhancing your ability to generate leads and expand your network.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies to improve client satisfaction.
