Position:
Embedded Audio Engineer (eInfochips Inc.)
Job Description: What you will do: - Design, Develop, and Optimize Software with Real time operating systems, such as QNX, Android utilizing threading, scheduler, synchronization, resource management.
- Basic hardware board booting/debugging, interpret schematic, use oscilloscope.
- Platform Software for Qualcomm DSP processor peripherals (HW/SW protocol, and drivers), such as UART, SPI, I2S, I2C, Flash, etc.
- Design & Develop Audio Infotainment System based on Qualcomm Platform.
- Validate software components in isolation using Python programming and Hardware Based Testing.
- Solid C programming (compiler, linker, memory, CRT, etc.) on resource constrained Embedded platforms.
- Optimize software for Audio Infotainment product families and hardware platforms by conducting feasibility study.
- Technically mentor/guide team, co-ordinate with multi-site team to produce quality technical deliverable.
What we are looking for: - 6+ Years of relevant experience
- C and C++ Programming
- Experience in QNX OS
- Experience in Android OS
- Experience in Audio devices
- Automotive domain highly preferable.
- Experience with Qualcomm chipset and Qualcomm DSP

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $125,000 - $140,000 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
