Rolling Suds Power Washing Professionals is a premier provider of high-quality power washing services for both commercial and residential properties. We are seeking motivated, professional sales representatives to join our team and help expand our client base through direct door-to-door sales efforts.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by canvassing targeted commercial and residential areas. You will introduce potential clients to our comprehensive power washing services, conduct initial assessments, and secure service agreements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Canvas assigned territories to identify and approach potential clients at their homes or businesses
- Present our power washing services with compelling demonstrations and visual materials
- Conduct preliminary property assessments to identify specific client needs
- Educate prospects about the benefits of professional power washing for property maintenance and value preservation
- Develop customized service proposals based on property requirements
- Overcome objections and negotiate service agreements
- Schedule appointments for free estimates with qualified decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous sales experience preferred, particularly in home services or B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection constructively
- Basic understanding of property maintenance concepts (training on power washing specifics provided)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
