Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic & International Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will gain hands-onexperience across various aspects of supply chain operations, including inventory management,procurement, logistics, and data analysis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an ambitiousprofessional to develop key supply chain skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support inventory control processes, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
● Assist in procurement activities, such as managing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
● Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve inventory accuracy.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
● Participate in warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory as needed.
● Maintain and update inventory records in the inventory management system to ensure accuracy.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery timelines.
● Assist in scheduling shipments and preparing shipping documentation to meet customer and business needs.
● Ensure compliance with quality standards for incoming and outgoing products.
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Currently holds a degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely-related field.
● 0-2 YoE (maximum of 3 YoE can be considered)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
● Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
